Return Policy

We want you to love your Gezzani atelier items as much as we do. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a store credit only. Please note that due to the extreme quality of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@gezzani.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a return shipping label that you can print and attach to your package. Please use the same carrier and service level that we used to ship your order. A $15 shipping and cleaning fee will be deducted from your store credit.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you if your return is accepted or rejected. If accepted, we will issue you a store credit for the amount of your purchase minus the shipping and cleaning fee. The store credit will be valid for one year from the date of issue and can be used for any future purchases on our website.
